Get ready for a hearty and healthy breakfast.
We are proud to raise the flag and recite the pledge every morning.
Usually a hot breakfast like pancakes, eggs, sausage, etc. There is always cereal and of course juice and milk.
We teach personal responsibility and ownership by keeping our living area clean and caring for our campus.
An all camp adventure game where Trailblazers and Pathfinders compete in a friendly competition for points and team honor.
Campers enjoy electives – list below.
Cabins select a special activity each day to do together. Options are endless!
Healthy living is an important part of the Y’s mission. Campers are encouraged to consider fruits and vegetables as part of their camp diet, but there is plenty of rib sticking protein for our active campers too.
Trust us, by Tuesday campers will be looking forward to Siesta. Camp includes a busy schedule of fun and making new friends. Siesta is a welcomed break in an air conditioned cabin.
Our aquatics facility features a sun deck, beach volleyball, water fountains, restrooms, carpet ball and a shaded pavilion with picnic tables. There is something for everyone, even non-swimmers. Trained lifeguards are always on duty, with a swimmer ration of no less than 1:10.
Campers can grab a snack and souvenir in the afternoon.
All campers gather for the playing of Taps and lowering of the flag.
A hearty meal with healthy options including a salad bar.
Chapel is a very important part of our day, where camp songs are sung and staff present the day’s devotional. Each camper is encouraged to consider their roll in our camp family in light of a Christ centered short message. Character values of Honesty, Caring, Respect and Responsibility are emphasized.
Carnival on Monday night, Boy’s Night/Girl’s Night on Tuesday, Aquafest on Wednesday, Dance on Thursday and Closing Campfire on Friday.
Get cleaned up after a busy day.
Time to reflect on the day, lessons learned and new friendships made.

We make every effort to place campers with their requested cabin mates.
Campers limit their cabin mate requests to only one friend to support positive cabin dynamics and encourage new friendships. Cabins are assigned by age and gender, and cabin mates must be within one year of age. Both families must submit the request on the registration form, Cabin Life Form, or in writing to the Camp Registrar before arrival. Requests made within one week of the session are not guaranteed.
Campers are not allowed to have cash at camp.
Before your camper’s session, you can add money to their Trading Post account using the WALLET feature. This feature also allows you to view the balance, add funds and check purchase history.
Campers can ask their counselors for their daily balance to manage spending. At the end of the week, the remaining funds can either be refunded or donated to the Camp Classen Community Charity Program.
